Last month, CCA California Executive Director Wayne Kotow delivered custom metal art pieces, recognizing Assemblymember Jim Wood and his staffer Paul Ramey for their tireless effort in helping pass Assembly Bill 817, which will bring a true 12-month fishing license to the state of California. These custom metal art pieces were built by Todd Burton from TB Metal Art in San Diego.
