The commercial passenger vessel industry has faced many challenges, but never as great as the engine emission regulations that will be heard at the California Air Resources Board on Friday, November 19, 2021, from 9:00am to a time to be determined. The hearing is virtual.
Here Are the Steps Required to Participate: (please take these steps today)

If you confirm your participation, the Sportfishing Association of California will alert you by email/text as the agenda is about to be called.
- REGISTER WITH CARB (click here): Enroll now. Once you register to speak, CARB will email you the link required to join the virtual hearing. Remarks are limited to 3 minutes. Register for (21-12-6) Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations.
