Earlier this month, CCA CAL Executive Director Wayne Kotow was at Cope’s Tackle & Rod Shop in Bakersfield giving a seminar on lobster hooping in Southern California.
Technique, regulations, and gear types were just a few of the important topics that were covered for the 30 people who attended the seminar. Those who attended were able to get one-on-one instruction from Kotow, who has spent years hooping in Southern California, and had many different questions answered.
