The Channel Islands and Santa Barbara chapters partnered together and put on a new members charter recently on the Stardust out of SEA Landing in Santa Barbara. The boat left the dock full, and all passengers received a 1-year membership to CCA for joining the trip.
This trip was originally scheduled for the beginning of March, but was later re-scheduled due to weather.
Anglers on the boat were treated to limits of rockfish and great times as the boat headed up the coast. The weather was also another positive as the trip started out a little bumpy but turned into an absolute beautiful day in April.
Big thanks goes out to the Stardust and its crew, both the Channel Islands and Santa Barbara chapters for leading the effort, and everyone who came and supported including members of both the LA and Inland Empire Chapters.
